Responsibilities
Design, build and optimize AI-driven systems and smart automation workflows
Integrate AI tools (e.g. LLMs, ML models, APIs) into client solutions and internal platforms
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UX, Data, Coaching, Product)
Support continuous improvement and deployment pipelines
Document, test, and maintain scalable and secure code
Must Have
Proven experience in AI/ML development (e.g. NLP, LLMs, recommender systems)
Strong programming skills (Python, APIs, TensorFlow, PyTorch or similar)
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Ability to work independently and communicate clearly in English
Fast learner with a passion for emerging technologies
Nice to have
Background in data science or full-stack development
Experience with voice AI, chatbot platforms, or personalization engines
Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices
Interest in human-AI collaboration and the future of learning
